Financial Information

Payment is expected in full at time of service. We will do everything possible to inform you in advance of the cost of your dental needs. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience.

We are in-network with: Delta Dental PPO & Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Altus, Aetna, and United Healthcare PPO. However, many of our loyal patients come from near and far with out-of-network insurances as well. As a courtesy to you, we will be happy to submit your dental insurance claims for you at the time of your visit, helping you to maximize your out-of-network benefits. We are also happy to verify your insurance for you prior to your visit. In order to do so, we will need details on your insurance ahead of time. When needed, we will send a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that we can provide you with information about your coverage and your responsibility before you have your treatment.
