What to expect for your first visit
In order to best understand your dental needs, at Dental Arts on Essex, we prefer to reserve one-on-one time for you with one of our doctors as your first visit in our office. We will get to know you, your needs and desires, and complete your comprehensive radiographs and exam. By completing these prior to your first cleaning, this allows us to work with our patients to determine the best preventative action plan.
Prepare for Your Upcoming Visit
When you are scheduling your first visit with us, please be sure to give us your latest dental insurance information, if you have it. If you have had recently radiographs taken, please have them forwarded to us before your visit. This allows our team to best prepare for your arrival.

Please email your completed forms to us, or print, fill them out, & bring them with you to your visit. In order to maximize our time with you in the chair, it is extremely helpful to have your paperwork done prior to arriving for your appointment!
